2. Service Description
CVwala is an AI resume/CV builder only. It is not a job portal and does not guarantee employment, visas, or placements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CVwala.
4. Payments
Prices are listed in INR and processed securely via Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. Refund Policy
Since a CV is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are limited. A refund or regeneration is offered only if the service failed to deliver a CV due to a technical fault on our side, subject to review.
6. User Responsibilities
You confirm that the information you enter is true and belongs to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV.
7. No Employment Guarantee
A professional CV improves your presentation to employers; it does not guarantee a job, interview, or visa.
8. Intellectual Property
The CVwala brand and templates are owned by Job Al Arab Pvt Ltd. Data you enter remains yours.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction applicable to Job Al Arab Pvt Ltd.
